​Prof. Dr.-Ing. Thomas Becker
Technical University of Munich
Heads the Chair of Brewing and Beverage Technology at TUM. His research focuses on the processing of plant-based raw materials and innovative manufacturing processes.

Dr. Malaika Fischer
SCE gGmbH
Dr. Malaika Fischer is a senior e-learning consultant and program manager for the AGORA project at the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE), among other things. She brings R&D experience from the beverage industry and designs digital education formats.

Dr.-Ing. Michael Rittenauer
maltiply GmbH
Michael Rittenauer is a graduate engineer and managing director of maltiply GmbH. He is an expert in malting and brewing technologies and drives research and product development in the brewing sector.

Participation in the 1st Weihenstephan Entrepreneur Day is subject to a fee. The participation fee is €160 netto and covers the organization, materials, and implementation of the event.

Registration only becomes binding upon receipt of the participation fee.
